FAQ -
#1. Will there be a discounted room block rate?
Yes, that will be available in the next couple of weeks. The hotel room block rate is $189 per night and you will receive a special link to book that.
#2. What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase. If you need to cancel in any case of emergency (illness, death in the family, etc) you can use your ticket at a future event.
#3. Does my guest have to be a pharmacist or entrepreneur?
No, while this event is for Healers in Healthcare, you are welcome to bring a guest who is not a pharmacist or entrepreneur.
#4. What time should I arrive and depart from the Conference?
We recommend giving yourself enough time to arrive and get settled in before the Conference starts on Friday. Registration will be from 3-4PM on Friday and we will start the Conference right after that.
We will finish up on Sunday around 2PM. Please give yourself enough time to depart later that afternoon/evening so you aren't rushing to the airport (if flying.)
#5. What if I don't know who my guest is yet?
No problem! You can type in TBA in the Guest name section and let us know later on who you'll be bringing.
OR What if I don't want to bring a guest?
That's fine, too! You can also choose to fly solo!
#6. What if I have other questions?
We will be having a group call on March 9th from 7:30-8:30PM EST. Please bring any and all questions to that call!
