CONFIDENT CLIENT ATTRACTION VAULT

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Enlightened Wellness Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual purchasing access to the Confident Client Attraction Vault (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Confident Client Attraction Vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. THE OFFER

The Confident Client Attraction Vault (“Vault”) is a digital educational resource library designed to provide business owners with access to trainings and resources related to business strategy, client attraction, sales, visibility, mindset, personal development, energetics, nervous system support, and related topics.

Your purchase currently includes access to:

• Confident Client Attraction

• PRISTINE

• Elevate Healers Academy

• Shift It to Gold

• VIP All Access Replay Collection

• Soulful, Strategic Sales

• 60+ Subconscious Programming Audio + Meditation Bundle

• Any additional resources specifically identified as being included with your purchase at the time of enrollment

The Company may organize, rename, update, replace, consolidate, or modify individual resources within the Vault over time as the Company’s programs and platforms evolve.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this purchase does not include private coaching, individualized consulting, personalized business advice, live coaching calls, or ongoing access to the Company or its team.

2. INVESTMENT

The investment for the Confident Client Attraction Vault is:

$4,997 USD

or another payment arrangement specifically agreed upon between the Client and Company at the time of purchase.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, the Client agrees to make all payments according to the payment schedule provided at checkout.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price, not a subscription that may be canceled at any time.

Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Vault until the outstanding balance is resolved.

The Client remains responsible for all outstanding payments under the agreed-upon payment plan, subject to applicable law.

3. DIGITAL ACCESS

Upon successful purchase, the Client will receive access to the digital materials included in the Vault through the platform or platforms selected by the Company.

Access credentials are for the Client’s individual use only and may not be shared with another person.

The Company may change hosting platforms, membership platforms, URLs, login procedures, file formats, or delivery methods at its discretion.

The Client is responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and other contact information necessary to receive important notices regarding access.

4. LIFETIME ACCESS

Where the Company uses the terms “lifetime access” or “lifetime access to the Vault,” “lifetime” refers to the commercially reasonable lifetime and availability of the Confident Client Attraction Vault and/or the applicable program, training, resource, or digital product, and not the lifetime of the Client, Company, or Company owner.

Lifetime access does not mean that Enlightened Wellness Solutions is obligated to operate, host, maintain, or support the Vault or any individual program, course, training, recording, audio, platform, or resource indefinitely.

Enlightened Wellness Solutions reserves the right to retire, discontinue, replace, consolidate, migrate, or materially modify the Vault or any resource contained within it.

If Enlightened Wellness Solutions permanently discontinues the Vault or a substantial portion of its materials, the Company may, when reasonably practicable, provide Clients with advance notice and/or an opportunity to access or download eligible materials before they are removed.

Certain materials may not be downloadable due to intellectual property restrictions, third-party licensing, technology limitations, privacy considerations, or the nature of the content.

No refund will automatically become due solely because a program, training, resource, hosting platform, or the Vault itself is later retired, discontinued, replaced, or modified, subject to applicable law.

5. FUTURE CONTENT

Purchase of the Vault provides access to the materials expressly included in the offer at the time of purchase.

Unless Enlightened Wellness Solutions specifically states otherwise in writing, the purchase does not automatically entitle the Client to:

• Future programs or courses created by the Company

• Future live events or retreats

• Future coaching programs or memberships

• Newly created products

• Private coaching or consulting

• Future versions or expansions of programs that are sold separately

The Company may choose to add additional resources or bonuses to the Vault at its discretion but is under no obligation to do so.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate nature of digital access and the significant amount of intellectual property made available upon purchase, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

The Client understands that deciding not to use the materials, changing their mind, experiencing changes in personal or business circumstances, or failing to complete the programs does not create an entitlement to a refund.

If the Client selected a payment plan, the Client remains responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments even if the Client stops accessing or using the Vault.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials contained within the Vault, including but not limited to videos, recordings, audios, meditations, subconscious programming audios, PDFs, worksheets, workbooks, frameworks, presentations, templates, written materials, graphics, processes, methods, and training content, are the intellectual property of Enlightened Wellness Solutions or are used by the Company with permission.

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal and internal business use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, publish, upload, share, teach, copy, modify for resale, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise commercially exploit the Company’s materials without prior written permission.

You may not share your login information or provide another individual with access to the Vault.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the Client.

8. PERSONAL USE OF MEDITATIONS AND SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING AUDIOS

The meditation and subconscious programming audio library is provided solely for the Client’s personal use.

The Client may not play, distribute, reproduce, upload, teach from, incorporate into a paid program, provide to their own clients, or otherwise redistribute these recordings without the Company’s express written permission.

The audios and related materials are provided for educational and personal-development purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

The Vault provides educational information and resources.

Nothing contained within the Vault constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice.

The Client remains solely responsible for their decisions, actions, business practices, finances, health, and results and should consult appropriate qualified professionals when needed.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Enlightened Wellness Solutions does not guarantee that participation in or use of the Vault will result in any particular financial, business, personal, or professional outcome.

Any references to revenue, client attraction, visibility, sales, $10K months, business growth, or other results are educational examples or possibilities and are not promises or guarantees of future performance.

Results vary based on many factors, including the Client’s experience, effort, implementation, market, business model, audience, circumstances, and decisions.

The Client understands that they are responsible for implementing the information and determining which strategies are appropriate for their business.

11. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Enlightened Wellness Solutions may use third-party platforms to host, process payment for, communicate about, or deliver the Vault.

The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party technology and is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, updates, technical failures, or changes caused by third-party service providers.

When reasonably possible, the Company will work to restore or provide alternative access following significant technical disruptions.

12. COMMUNITY AND CONDUCT

If access to a private group, community, live session, or other interactive component is included, the Client agrees to communicate respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants.

Enlightened Wellness Solutions reserves the right to remove a Client from any community or interactive component for harassment, abusive behavior, unlawful conduct, intellectual property violations, confidentiality violations, or behavior that materially disrupts the experience of other participants.

Serious violations may result in termination of access without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Client understands that other participants may share personal, professional, or business information in connection with Company programs.

The Client agrees not to disclose another participant’s confidential information outside of the applicable program or community without that individual’s permission.

14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Enlightened Wellness Solutions may suspend or terminate the Client’s access for material violation of this Agreement, including:

• Sharing login credentials

• Unauthorized distribution of Company materials

• Intellectual property infringement

• Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

• Failure to complete agreed-upon payments

• Harassment or abusive conduct within Company communities

• Other material violations of this Agreement

Where appropriate, the Company may provide notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before terminating access.

Termination due to the Client’s material breach does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

The Client agrees to contact Enlightened Wellness Solutions at christina@pharmacistcoach.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the parties have an opportunity to resolve legitimate billing concerns.

Nothing in this section limits any rights the Client may have under applicable consumer protection or payment laws.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enlightened Wellness Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Client’s use of or inability to use the Vault.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from this Agreement will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to the Company for the Vault.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions separately agreed upon by the parties.

18. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

Enlightened Wellness Solutions may update administrative or operational terms of this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in technology, platforms, business operations, or applicable law.

Any changes will not retroactively materially reduce the Client’s purchased rights without reasonable justification or where prohibited by law.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the applicable checkout page, order confirmation, and any written terms specifically incorporated into the Client’s purchase, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Confident Client Attraction Vault and supersedes prior discussions or representations regarding the purchase.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing the Confident Client Attraction Vault, checking the acceptance box at checkout, signing this Agreement, or accessing the materials after being presented with these terms, the Client acknowledges that they:

• Have read and understood this Agreement;

• Understand the nature of the Vault and what is included;

• Understand the meaning of “lifetime access” as defined in this Agreement;

• Understand the refund and payment policies;

• Understand that results are not guaranteed; and

• Agree to comply with the intellectual property and usage restrictions contained in this Agreement.
